My pan card has been returned undelivered by bluedart courier mentioning the reason as premises closed that was on15 & 16 march 18, i would request you to kindly redispatch the same on the same adress. Also would like to request that please so not send thru blue dart as they are big liers and they dont attempt the delivery if attempted there has to be a note left but nothing as there is always 2 people at home available, so pls send my speed post.
