Please stay away from these people as they are trying to fool the persons especially the graduates who just have finished their colleges who just look for the better opportunities overseas.

Govt. should strictly take action against them and as well their license should get cancelled.

I also got a call from some lady and a mail as well with all the things that you are aware of..ie. initial deposit of Rs.2010/- for technical evaluation and later Rs. 67800/- for the next steps. I had replied to them asking for certain details like the names & websites of the companies which could be the probable employers, duration of the work permit, list of jobs in the mentioned country which matches my job profile and a draft copy of the agreement. To my surprise, I got a call again the next day saying that their servers are not working so they cannot mail the details instead they wanted to clarify all the points over telephone.. A professional and genuine company would not give such stupid and ridiculous excuses.
Would suggest everyone to do some research of such companies before putting in any money.

I received a mail last week from Oasis.

Then I received a call from Avani. ( Mumbai )

I send her my resume and asked could you please send me some of your JDs, then I will decide.

She called me immediately and trying to convince me to pay the 2000/- when I asked for Hidden charge she was giving me stories. I worked outside India before, she doesn't even check that. Completely Fake .

I was rightly directed before making any decision although i made payment of 2K to know the VISA Criteria ...

Like to share my experience ...i knew in 1st place only that they are fake when i met them personally.

As i am fortunate enough to know at least currency part ...when i asked about conversion of one of the country where i visited, the so called Manager gave wrong details under the impression that i am not aware about the conversion part.

So all my friends do not can fascinated with the words used by Oasis people ...go through the trusted source & do hundred checks before making any decision ...ultimately it's hard money of you OR your parents.

I am the biggest looser here... kanika and ragini 2 ladies of oasis looted 44 thousand ruppes from me...they don't want to give you visa or job... anyhow they want to spoil yoiur profile... indian contract act section 28 says any agreement can not force anybody for time limit for documents..but their agrrement forces people to give all doc in 2 months..otherwise they take all money... they did this to me..i am thinking to make a court case on them

Today I received a similar call from Oasis where this lady (Anjali) asked to fill all the required forms and transfer Rs- 2000/- and once they are done with my test ( which I am sure i will pass, coz they would have to refund if I fail :P ) they will process my profile for jobs in several countries. This whole process will take 72K.

One of my friend showed me this page and thanks to him and you all i am not gonna pay a single penny now..

But I have a question here if we have so many people affected then why there is no legal action against them. i am gonna lodge an FIR and hope to get help from you all if I need any..

This is regarding a complaint that I would like to lodge against oasis resource management pvt ltd based in Delhi who call themselves as genuine organization, and does fraud to its customers. I shall give you brief details about the case, requesting you to action accordingly.
There are 3 people involved in this case
1. Mr Sachin Rastogi (Director)
2. Ms Ruchin Rastogi(Director)
3. Ms Rupinder Kaur- HR Head

- Date 20th Aug 2015 we initiated the process of their services of getting job in Australia and payment was done in few days in Aug of total amount of Rs. 26, 199/-to oasis resource management pvt ltd (proof available in the attached document).
- Few documents from us was collected from the consultancy and no further action was taken by the team.
- As the process was getting delayed, changed the applicant name from Hemalatha to Sachin, after rigorous follow ups regarding any update we did not receive a single call or email from the team.
- Realizing on the poor service we requested for a refund in Nov 2015 of the amount as no services were provided.
- Still poor service continued and no mails or calls were responded, they were only testing our patience.
- Date 20th Jan 2016 they sent us a quotation saying Rs 15, 471/- will be refunded and rest of the amount is deducted as consultation.
- We confirmed that this is not fair and they again confirmed back telling they will revise the refund amount and revert to us.
- Date Feb 2016 No emails or calls were exchanged, when asked for an update, they reverted back with the same amount.
- Now, it was the time for we being customer to lose our patience, so when we raised our voice saying whatever they told was lies they are now rejecting our request of refund and not ready to replay the amount.
Below are the procedure they were supposed to follow as per the clauses of their agreement and not even a single item was actioned.
