Don't trust on ORM or oasis India.
I got a same kind of email and I made the payment. now they are not ready to refund my amount. I had a discussion with Sonali, she agreed initially I need to pay rs.1250/ once I accept the offer letter then I can go for Visa processing. After two days they asked me for addition 67000 to process my visa and they didn't agree to refund my rs.1250/-.

On confirmation of employment, there would be negotiation on benefits

Thereafter, visa filing will be done.

I got a same kind of email and they cheated with me. Please don’t trust on them, don’t waste your money and time.
I made the payment (rs 1250/-) on a condition that they will offer a job and till then I don’t have to pay any other fess including visa charge. Today they are asking me to pay additional rs 67000/- to process my visa. I denied to pay and asked them to refund my amount but they said they wouldn’t.

its easy to blame the other side of the person, if you feel they cheated then please contact them or write them your issue... and yes that the company is there in the market from so long they not disappearing if you really got cheated then please show your real name and contact numbers let them resolve your issue...not just writing and blaming and not putting your any contact details...

its market and people are there in this trade, who all write this comments...

immigration on feb 2012.till now no respond or any interviews yet.they will simply tell you to send documents...

This is a one of the leader in Freud companies in INDIA, i have given my money to them for the work permit, they promised me regarding the visa.
but after 4 months i didn't get any call from OASIS even they are not responding on my mail and even not answering my call.

KANIKA, Souru, Arvinder etc all are Freud people they just dealing to raise money from the innocent people and after that doing nothing even not responding on mail.

I strongly recommend that not go for any service from OASIS. THEY ARE TOTALLY CORRUPT AND FREUD PEOPLE. .

This is what I observed while dealing with them and after reading the above forum and complaints I was reassured that this company is a big fraud.

First, they say they are a government registered company. Let me tell you that anyone can get a company registered and still do nothing or dupe people. It is no big deal.
It is just a private limited company whose details you can obviously find on the MCA website. You just need a small amount of money and the person names as shareholder of the company to register a company under the Company's Act 1956. It has no relation whatsoever with the overseas companies or Immigration agencies. Hence, do not fall into the trap of registered company.

Second, their process is extremely non-transparent.They say deposit for Rs. 1, 250/- for evaluation while not disclosing the parameters for technical evaluation. A real immigration evaluation company (such as WWICS) does the technical evaluation (the point based system where they calculate the points of your profile) for free when you go to their office and also explain you in detail how and why you get those points.

Third, they never give any reasonable explanation on the process of immigration and how they will set you for a job interview.

Remember, you have all the rights to know the details of all the processes. Do not let them take you for granted. When this person (so called Mr. Ishan- Client Relationship Manager) tried to contact he was trying to command me and was trying to dodge away any possible and reasonable questions. These people try to get bossy and say that, "Only if you are interested I will send you the details". This way they create an aura of importance and genuineness around themselves.

They will just say that the first step is technical evaluation and will not tell you the further process.

All these are clear indicators that they are trying to misguide people and torture them by taking their money and most importantly the long time that they put in. An year is a really big one when you just follow up, when you have given a huge sum of money and the frustration plus absolutely zero progress.

Still if you want to go ahead with this company, do not pay them any money before having a job confirmation with proper employer details. Tell them straight that money will only be reimbursed when there is proper job confirmation with valid employer details. And that then only you will pay for all the visa processing etc. They will say no one works for free, you might not pay after you get the confirmation. But it does not happen like that. After all the job confirmation will involve Oasis Overseas also hence Oasis Overseas should not worry about their fees. If that is fine with them then only you should consider to invest your important time.

P.S.: I was not convinced with their answers and when I read this forum I was happy that I made the decision to not entertain these people further. A big thank you to all the guys who have posted their experiences.

I am another person who became the victim of this fraud consultancy. I have paid them Rs 70000, since last 4 months and I have not heard from them any update. when I call them they either say one or the other things and disconnect the phone. I called to claim for the refund and they said you cant do it until 6months. So guys could anyone tell me how to claim the money. I saw some of the updates who seem to have got it. Please guys please help me out.

today is 3-8-2013, time16:12, i am writing this bcz yesterday i called to oasis resource mngmnt for overseas jobs, i had a words on phone with piyush, i dnt know who is he??? if anybody knows him den tell??he asked me to send him my resume for finding a better job in a good company or company referred by me, todaY on 3-8-2013 he again called me and told me that he choose a coutry for me and is i am ok with dat country i said yes den he told me to submit the my all qualifications documents and amount of rs 1250 for the technical evaluation of all the docs..., i want to know what is technical evaluation???? he told me to submit this amount in their bank accnt they have given me a bank details as well some bank accnts are similar as i read here in some post but before visit their office i just wanted to check about the fraud complaints against them and i found so much complaints...dreams broke...saloo ki maa ka saakii naakkaa
after reading this i decided to visit them, i already meet with lots of fraud consultancies like this, baat krtee hi aukaad ka pata chaal jataa hai its good dat people are sharing their views and problems here and creating awareness for others
