[Resolved]  Om Infrastructure Of Bharti Airtel Ltd — Tds deduct from salary but certificate not given by employer

I (Yogeshwar kumar dubey) was working with om infrastructure sdsa of bharti airtel ltd from last 18 months, he has deducted the salary and says that he has cut tds and deposit but till date he has not given me tds certificate it happen all employee in which working this organisation...
so pls sir give me suggestion that what we will do....
