I have taken authorization of IRCTC Rail ticket booking service via One Stop Shop...but i am unable to get IRCTC Loging ID and Password...so please suggest me some valuable steps. The company also provided Digital Certificate but it is not usable without IRCTC agent loging Id and Password.

Now my problem is solved and I have not any kind of problem. but I can't understand why this type of incident happen with me.

I have taken your authorisation at least 3 months ago but i have nt got my licence documents yet.i m getting problems in my buisness.so kindly sent me the hard copy.and attach me the copy to my mail.
