Hi I have placed an order in electronicdeals.in vide order no 24706_21052557 dates 25.5.2021 the delivery date have not been confirmed and no further updates given on the said order kindly let me know the status of the said order .

I received a defective Product and there is no response for my mails. I have sent many mails requesting for return and refund but there is no response. I have attached a video too. The package was not proper and the product was not working too. It happens, so If I get a proper response and if they take the product back and provide me a refund I would further continue to shop other products in the website. I need the website to take return and give refund soon. It’s already been 2 and more days . Still I didn’t get any response. Do respond immediately.

I tried mailing them but no response.. no update about the order delivery.. it’s been 5 days

I have ordered for realme bluetooth headphone through electronicdeal.in website on 15th of feb2021 after 2days i tried to call them to know the status of product delivery but their phone is always switched off till today 19/02/2021, i sent email to them but no response, so i suspect they are fake company, i request them to refund my money. my order number is 19267.my email is [protected]@gmail.com

We visited one stop shop at Viviana Mall on 29th Jan 2021.
We had very bad experience about whole service.
As soon as we entered we were making list if things which will take at the last, once we see all products in the shop. One lady staff followed us. We thought she wants to suggest or something like that. But no she continuously looking us and things which we were checking. Then she siggnled other lady staff, again same pattern repeated. we ignored but it was height when that second lady also asked other lady to follow us. We were so irritated. Then I checked in the shop whether everyone is going through this or with us only it is happening. It was shocking this was happening with us only. Then I expressed this clearly to that lady that why you are following us. Let us shop in peace.she then had discussions with other staff who again started to follow us. Then I felt agitated. We 3 ladies who wereactually following all norms and rules still staff were checking us like we are going to steal something.
I went at reception, I mentioned same thing to which cashier just smiled and not said anything. Manager was standing beside him ignored us. I was furious.i intent to buy vacuum cleaner, jars, containers, cups and so many things. But after this incident I just left this shop, and I am not going to shop here anymore and won't recommend to my family and friends

I have placed order for VU smart TV 32 inch
in November 10th 2020 vide order no. 11748 through electronicdeal.in website and made payment through credit card through CCAVENUE. Money is deducted, but till today there is no information from the merchant, no email, no message. When order is tracked it is showing processing, whereas CCAVENUE shows it is shipped.

But when I have sent an email to [protected]@electronicdeal.in, there is no reply till today. And very embarrassing thing is there is no contact number available. While tracking, it has shown vendor as one stop shop.

In this modern technology, my life is becoming miserable to know the status of product ordered. My first purchase through credit card has become nightmare.

I don't understand, when you are deducting money immediately, similarly, why there is no communication. Even if there is a delay, it should be notified or informed to the customer. Without giving any details, how to approach.

Please cancel my order 11748 and refund 11049.00 to my account.

Hello, On Sept 26, I ordered a philips trimmer QT 4011/15 in electronicdeal.in website.
My order number is 8134.
Today i received philips trimmer 4001/15.
I was sent a wrong product..
I want to return it.
For the return process, I called a number which is in this website, but the number is not working.
And i tried to send the images of the product you sent but i couldn't.It says the file size is larger but it is only 3mb.

In the invoice details you have mentioned phillips model qt 4011/15 having cost of 2249 inr but actual product i received bt3105/15 is having less cost of 1845 inr also having less features which i have required.

Request to replace the product or return refund for the same. I am attaching some of the photos of received product.

I recently shopped from one stop shop and I must say they are totally a fraud company. I bought an air pod from them . The airpod I ordered is completely different from the airpod I received today. Iwant to return this product and get my money back. One stop shop totally make a fool of their customers like us. I am totally disappointed from one stop shop.

We had really BAD experience on purchased product from One Stop Viviana mall (Thane).
On 22nd September 2019, I have purchased one "Morphy Richards" OTG 40RC-SS and till today i.e.1st October 2019 I have not received any DEMO service after 10 days and today when i got call from engineer, that engineer is so rude that he blaming me for not picking phone, i have attended call from your sales person (Deepak).

I am appreciating Deepak that he is the only one person is calling and giving me the update since last Saturday i.e.28th September 2019.

Finally, Its was my mistake for purchasing such a ### product from your store, where i cant able get DEMO service and i am worried about next 2 years service.

This item was to be delivered on the 6th of august, and today it is the 8th of august, with absolutely no delivery status insight. The irony of the whole thing is that they have not given any number for contact. I got a landline number from the internet, but that does not work.

Would like to have some action taken on this company please. And would like to have some representative of the company speak to me on what is the status of the delivery.

Shopdealclue is a completely fake e-commerce company. Please avoid it at any cost. I had tried to purchase an sony wi c400 blue tooth earphone. The original ad for the product of the sony wi c400 advertised as a 63% offer to the public. I read the reviews about this website after placing an order. That is why i tried to cancel the order. So i sent them an email immediately. But there was no response. I tried to call them on their customer care number. But the phone number switch off. Despite of sending them an email, they have shipped the product next day. And as expected the product which was delivered was a cheap imitation product (Duplicate head set) of the what was ordered.

Several times e-mail messages were sent to them to contact them and return the product and there was no response. Now i see no way to get the money back.

@people: please avoide this website at all cost.
