Respected Sir, I am somnath Maity of 199 M M GHOSH ROAD, DUM DUM, KOLKATA-700074, i am mediclaim's policy holder since last 8 years of ORIENTAL INSURANCE. This year i submit my policy's premium before 4th day but they are breck my policy without my concern / signature . I had request more time but they are not agree to change their fault . So i am not getting income tax rebate for breck my policy. I hope you will step necessary action IF YOU GRANT MY REQUEST I WILL BE HIGHLY OBLISED. They have no right to copy our signature for new policy They have no right to breck my policy without my concern they have no right to misbehave to customer Mr. ashok gupta as (D.M) he can't say this is a Govt. office not private office here rectrification not correct immediately.
