[Resolved]  Otis Lift (6 Person) — Maintenance Complaint for the last 6 months

Dear Sir
We have been provided with an OTIS lift (6 persons) at 6 storied building by our builder/ society. There is an annual maintenance contract with the company. For the last 6 months one complain not yet been recified.

Complaint: Entry door at the ground floor makes noise during sliding.

Our trust construct one bldg. (5 storied bldg.) at Valsad (Gujarat State).We require one lift for 5 person. Kindly send your quotation with all detail.
Please send me number or mail of respective person who is handling sales department in RAJKOT.

OTIS is seems to be a 'C' grade company..never trust on OTIS lifts, CONE is better option.

We ordered for the 2 OTIS lift (6 Passenger) under the NEG NO- 52NW2978 dated 5th Nov. 2008.
The 30% advance paid along with the order (6, 03, 000/-).

Now the highly expected services rendered by your esteemed well qualified experienced team to us as per the details given below.
1. The concerned person phone is most of the time out of range or switch off or under repair or conveyed to us that he is looking for new handset because of some problem related to his phone only. When we are unable to locate him than we have also sent SMS so that contact may take place.
2.We were looking for drawing / layouts & the same is handed over to us without any assistance means not discussed at all.
3.Any way than we called up 8 times to raise the invoice so that order can be placed & few points can be discussed. We started calling him from 2nd July 2009 & till 5th July 2009 we made 8 calls & finally sent SMS for the same, finally positive call recd. by us stating that contact Mr. Raina, he will collect the payment & raise the invoice. Now we were following Mr. Raina to make the payment & get the invoice.
4.After a chase of 3 days ( after making 3 calls & 1 SMS) finally Mr. Raina & Mr. Always BUSY came, delivered the Invoice & collected the 60% of 2 lift total amount payment & said thank you as Mr. Busy have collect his car after servicing !!!
5.We gave an advance notification to Mr. Raina on 21 June that Our MD’s are in GOA & they want to meet & discuss about the lift. At that time Mr. BUSY was under TRAINING in Mumbai!!!, So we fixed up a meeting on 29th June at 10.30 am now there is some commitment made by your team to someone, We said fine now after so many follow ups meeting fixed on 1st July 2009 at 10.30 am as Our MD flight scheduled at 1.45 pm. Wow we met at 12 noon as the esteemed team of OTIS entered at the site & our MD was boarding the CAB for the Airport. Great job, Great Commitment.
6.We called up so many times to get the electrician or concerned person to guide us in electric point fixing.
7.Any way on this day the measurements, Heights, specification taken by the GOA team of OTIS.
8.The details given to us randomly about few civil works without any specification to do the following jobs such as Safety measures, Paranchi (Bamboo work for assistance in lift job.). They had given electrical point details to our Electrical Contractor using the DRAWING given to us previously.
9.Now you can Listen / ask the further story from MR. BUSY.

What a great show, what a great commitment, now we are realizing that we are not in safe hands. What you will do, if same approach, commitment, services rendered to you when you are paying for it.

Services, after sales services, product is in question because of wonderful team oooops, sorry employees wondering here & there without any commitment, The Company at its best ………??????

We know that you have recd. Complaints about this man Mr. Busy in past also, but even if you are fail to recognize him than give me a call I will tell you the NAME & the more details.

For reconfirmation you may check the same with your team member Mr. Raina, Our MD Mr. Mukesh or myself.

The site is ready to take up the jobs required on or before installation, means we have done our job as per the so called details given to us BUT what about OTIS, pls. wake up its performance time.

Be honest, The World Rides On OTIS, do not take us for a RIDE, Do the Job HONESTLY & SINCERELY

This is to inform you that our Otis Main lift is not working inK.L.K Estate Since 2 days we Having our Estimed Tenents like Idea Cellaur, tata (TTL)
Other Software companies we have given Complain to your Area Engineer he came and see the Problem he stoped the lift by saying some Material technical Problem he said he will Bring the Material But he dosent come to our Building .When we rang to your coustemer care Maintanance Office they told that the Person had already left to your building to do the work but till today no response have been given by your engineer when i make a call to your Engineer mr Mallesh he told me that the Material is not Avalable in Store Like this your Area engineer and Supervisour is fooling us already we have given the lifts in Annual Maintanence so such Poor performance by your engineer & Supervisour So i kindly Request you to look the matter immeadetly

This is to inform you that our otis main lift is not working in karnal bansal square.we have placed the complain and after visiting they found some part damaged and for that they are asking money to change it, our lift is under warranty i dont understand why should we pay for that and the reason which they are giving is not satisfactory.From the first day lift is not working properly and we are giving regular complaints for the same.There is some fault from your side but they are imposing on us.Your Area service head is asking for 40% to pay, why should we pay? If our lift is in warranty company have to change the part for free and service was also free.So kindly request you to look the matter and do the needful,
