[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

Sir, I applied for my pan card long ago and they said that they send it by post . I got PAN - ALCPD4785A through e-net. Till now I did not receive PAN Card.

Dear Sir,
I had applied for Pan Card on NSDL website on 08/12/2008, my acknowledgement number is [protected].I had mailed the documents already. And on NSDL website, the status is showing as in Process.
As you have observed following discrepancy in my application, Name in Proof of Identity does not contain last name as mentioned in application.
I have given a copy of Bank account paasbook as identity proof, which is named Abhilash s/o Laxmidatta Mandloi, it is with father's
name, so i want to clear my first name is ' Abhilash ' and Last name /surname is ' Mandloi '
Pls.look into it and take necessary steps and inform me what to do for correction procedure & issue me the PAN Card at the earliest.
