[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

Hello,

I am from bangalore, i had applied last month of 20 date.. They told me that i vil get the pan cardwithin 15 days but still i didnt get my pan card after more than 25 days...
So i am waiting for that.. and its very urgent for my personnal
work..

My pan card was lost and i had again applied for new pan card. My pan card application no.[protected] /[protected]. I have applied on 27th Nov 2008.
Still i have not found my pan card. So please do the needful

Dear Sir,

I had applied for Pan Card on UTI website on 09th Dec, my ref.no.is[protected].I had couriered the documents on 19th Dec 08.

On UTI website, the status is showing as in Process. Please provide a consignee number.

Pls.look into it & issue me the PAN Card at the earliest.
