[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

Sir, My self Trimbake Ravindra had applied for a pancard on[protected].When I enquired about my application status Iam informed that the card had been despatched to me on[protected] by post and the card number is AIAPT8775D but till date I have not received my PAN Card.

Hello sir

I have send across my filled up PAN application a long time back, still i haven't received my PAN card yet, but the status of the PAN card when logged in to the NSDL website is shown as dispatched.

My PAN number thats been issued is AHRPJ0193K, My jurisdiction is BPL/W/82/1. My fathers name is Mr. Tara Chand Jain.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest, so that i can finishoff my remaining formailities.

i am gorakshanath jaykar, also facing same problem that they said that they send it by post till now i didnot receive it .
also i had gone through blogs there are many who didn't got their PAN card too, i had ack no also i applied through UTITSL so kindly help me in that i am facing lots of problem due to that only

Dear sir,
My PAN CARD Application send During 1months but, my PAN CARD is not received in my address. My coupan no.is[protected] so please send the error &rectification my pan card details.
and send my PAN CARD Immediately.

Sir, I am holding SBI Savings account([protected])With Edi Bazar Branch, on 15/12/2008, I went to SBH Saidabad Branch's ATM to withdraw a amount of Rs 9500/-cash was delivered but before i took over the cash, cash went back in to the ATM Machine and my account was debited with Rs 9500/-, Then i contact with SBI manager, he said contact with SBH Branch Manager, Then i contact with SBH saidabad branch manager, he said to me that, they found Rs 8500/- excess cash in there ATM machine, and he given me one banker cheque(116168) amount of Rs 8500/-, and where gone my Rs 1000/- ? i kindly request you to please verify this matter.
