[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

This is to inform you that PAN card applied for my farm has not been delivered at my earlier address as mentioned in my application form. Detail status of my PAN card has been detailed below-

My name is Ankit Dharamshi and I've applied for PAN Card and got my PAN number on 16th of Mar'08, but till date I've not received my PAN card. I 've made numerous calls to the PAN office, but their number always remains busy. My coupon no. is[protected] and my PAN no. is ANNPD6609A. I've sent numerous mails to their e-mail address, but all I've got is a poor service and received no response from them. If you could kindly look into this matter and help me in getting my PAN card, I'd be ever grateful to you and also what i see in that is that my last name spelling is incorrect . Please do the needful asap.

Sir, I applied for PAN Card on feb 2008 through my prev company.
I left that company. They given me my PAN CARD number. which is agopn0083g. But they said they have not received PAN CARD i dont know where is my PAN CARD. If possible send that card to my First Address(Company address), because i changed my second address. How can i know where is my PAN CARD and the way to get it. If you can help that will be great relieve for me.

I have applied for pan card on 22:05:2008. I didn't get my pan card. This is my application number[protected] and my

Pan card — applied in sep,2007 but not yet recived pan card

i have applied for a pan card on 3rd september, 2007 and not yet recived it till the date my application no.[protected] when i checked on internet its showing its already dispatch put its not yet recived for this i even gaved a letter to uti tsl hyderabad on 23rd april, 2008 but no response

Dear Sir,

I had applied for Pan Card on NSDL website on 18 june, my ref.no.is [protected].I had couriered the documents on 19June 2008.

On NSDL website, the status is showing as in Process.

Pls.look into it & issue me the PAN Card at the earliest.
