[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

Respected Sir,
I have applied for PAN card 4 months ago.I received my PAN card bearing PAN no:ASQPM9522P.
However my Date of Birth and Father's name are misprinted on the same.I have applied for correction of these data 2 months ago having Coupon No:[protected] .
I have not received my PAN card yet.Please look at this matter and issue PAN card as earliest.

Dear Sir,

I had applied for Pan Card on NSDL website on 15th May, my acknowledgement num [protected].is .I had couriered the documents on 19st May.08.

On NSDL website, the status is showing as in Process.

Pls.look into it & issue me the PAN Card at the earliest.

I had applied foe PAN card and online status shows that the PAN number has been alloted to me and has also been courired to me through Overnight Express Courier Ltd on 28th May, 2008 but I have not received it till date. My acknowledgement number: [protected].

The bill n umber of the courier is: [protected].

Please help me at the earliest.
