[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

Dear sir,

i have same complaint. i have applied for PAN card through the online procedure on 8 Apr 2008, and the necessary documents are couriered to the NSDL office lower parel. and the document received properly. but still after two months i didn't get the pan card and PAN card status is still showing that the "application is under process at NSDL". i think it should not take more than one month after applying for PAN. then why such a delay in the process.
please kindly look into matter and arrenge to send the PAN card. my application number is [protected].

my mom applied for a PAN CARD in the month of March, status is showing it has been dispatched but till date she did not receive it.

i am hind prakash, Acknowledgment Number is [protected], Permanent Account Number (PAN) AWMPP4342A have not received my pan card bec of insufficient address according to courier agency .
my address is j-32, shri ram j j camp, nanak pura, new delhi -110021. please tell me the way to get it ASAP. can i collect it somewhere in delhi ???????
please let know, what to do .

Sir,

I applied for Pan card long ago through UTI. I received a letter to submit age proof. I have submitted the necessary details. Still I didn't get my Pan card. My application no is[protected] and my PAn No is ANJPM 2902M.

Pls.look into it & issue me the PAN Card at the earliest.

Dear Sir,
I had applied for my PAN card few months ago, and I have not got a reply yet. I got my PAN number but not the PAN card. I had sent a letter requesting for my PAN card to the head office in Mumbai, but still I haven't got any reply from your side. My PAN number is AIMPJ8664M.
So, I kindly request you to please check into this issue and do the needful...
