The date of birth Printed on PAN card is 02/08/1985 instead of 02/06/1985, and My Father Surname Printed on PAN card is MAJTARI Instead of MAJJARI .My Fathers Full Name Correctly to be Printed on Pan card must be VENKATA SWAMY MAJJARI Instead of VENKATA SWAMY MAJTARI.So, I request your high office take necessary steps and inform me what to do for correction procedure.
