[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

I loss my pan card at Tirupati on 18.02.2007. I applied to get new pan card on 21.02.07.Unfortunately I am till waiting for new pan card.

I HAD APPLIED FOR PAN CARD, ALTHOUGH I GET MY PAN CARD BUT THERE IS SPELLING MISTAKE IN MY NAME, AS WELL AS MY FATHER NAME HAS COMPLETELY WRONG. INSTEAD OF M.A.RAHEEM THEY WROTE MOHAMMED ABDUL RASHEED. SO PLZ ACT ON MY COMPLANT AND ISSUE MY NEW CARD WITH CORRECT SPELLINGS.

my ACKNOWLEDGEMENT NO:[protected] And MyPAN APPLICATION NO:[protected] i received amessage from utits ON 2cd JANUARY but iam not received PAN CARD please inform me what is my pancard status my mobile no [protected]


please issue the pancard as earlly as possible

dear sir, i applied for a pan card on nov 2008, till now i didnt recived my pan card when ever i call to ur office they r saying that we r posted but ehen i go to post office they r saying that nothing is deliverd for me so kindly take an action my registration number is:[protected] and my processing coupon no is:[protected]

Sir, I had applied for a pancard on 07-AUG-2008.When I enquired about my application status Iam informed that the card had been despatched to me on[protected] by post and the card number is ARBPB1034B but tilldate I have not received.

my father pishori lal, who miss the pancard the no is aaa---pl9556a(17|2)ms.raj timber store, now my father<age is 90years, how can check this status

i have send across my filled up PAN application a long time back, still i haven't received my PAN card yet, but the status of the PAN card when logged in to the NSDL website is shown as dispatched.
My PAN number thats been issued is BEIPK3005A, and in the nsdl website, it is showing that it has been delivered.How the person gave my pan card to anybody without any id.Is this the mistake of courier company or mine.
Kindly do the needful on this basis.
