I have PAN correction application dated 12th March 2009, but not received PAN Card till date.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I had applied for a PAN CARD bearing application no.[protected] and coupon no.[protected] on 19.01.2009. But I have not yet received the same. On enquiry I learnt that my PAN CARD has been sent on 2nd February, 2009 in address: Qrs No.-2RA-53, Road-4, Unit-IX, Bhubaneswar-751007. But here I found that though address is correct, the PIN no. is wrong. That should be written as Bhubaneswar-751001. Hence I would request that my PAN CARD mayplease be sent in the above address and corrected PIN i.e.751001, for which I shall be obliged.

My name is Miss MANGALA KAMALDAS WASNIK. I live at Koradi, in NAGPUR-441 111, and I had applied for PAN Card and did not receive PAN Card at my home. But after inquiring about into this issue. I got my PAN CARD No. ABGPW4808F and the information that my card had been sent to my home. Then I was told to visit post office and PAN CARD office. I had done the same thing many times but in vain. I did not get any assistance from post office and PAN CARD office. Then I had applied for re-print of the PAN CARD No. ABGPW4808F. But after some days I got a phone call from PAN CARD office that I would have to apply for a new one PAN CARD. This incident happened in the months AUGUST 2008 to JANUARY 2009., but till date I've not recieved my PAN card. I 've made numerous calls to the PAN office, but their number always remains busy. Besides, The CSR attending the calls[protected] intentionally disconnected my call 10 times even if it is STD call. Now I have applied once again. My coupon no. is[protected]. My CSF Number is[protected] and my PAN no. is ABGPW4808F. If you could kindly look into this matter and help me in getting my PAN card, I'd be ever grateful to you.

I don't get my pan card. It was diapatch on 23 march 2009 by frist flight courier services
