My problem is my initial is wrong my fathere initial is correct, and my date of birth is wrong, and I am applied last 4 months back, now the status is some body says send, still i am not received please send me the details . my adress.Rambabu.9B, Burma Colony, Sriharipuram, Malkapuram, Vizag-530011

Goodmorning, My name is sandeep kumar.I want to complaint about my pan card beacuse Not received my pan card.My application form no is[protected] and Coupon no is[protected] and Dispatch ID is 42154128 and my pan card no is BGHPK2906H.
I was submit the application form on january month and I received SMS that your pan card has been dispatch on 14th feb 2009.But I had not received.
Many time i talk from coruier man his address is Dartmail Courier, D-64 Sector-2, Noida(201301)and Phone no is[protected].He ignor me about my complaint
so that I resquest, please solve my problem.

My name is ASHISH JAIN So far I have not received the PAN Card.I approached the above said office they said address verification document not received I gave them required document on December 5, 2008 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document I don’t understand
