[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

I applied for my pan card application form 24 march 2009 and till the date 26 aprail 2009 i dont get any information about it.also on your NSDL site they always said that "your pan application is in process
in income tax department".please sir send my pan card as fast as possible at my home address.I urgently required it.

I am not in receipt of Pancard, i have applied for pan card on 21st Feb 2009, but till now i am waiting for my pan card. My application no.[protected] and coupon no.[protected]. Currently i am residing at Morta Ghaziabad, ajay kumar s/o Sh.Suresh Chand c/o Sh.Mahender Singh Prajapati village Morta Ghaziabad, pin code: 201003. So, please deliver my pancard on this address.

Kindly do the needful as early as possible.
