I lost my pan card.so i would like apply for a new duplicate pan card.

I have already been submitted documents on dated 31 aug.2009 (Recept no :-[protected]) for new Pan card for your office, but still i do not get the pan card.while this issue is pending 4 month already.when i enquiry about pan card through mobile sms i get answer communication address proof no valid.

I am Canadian citizen NRI and holder of OCI card. While I was in India I applied for PAN at Patiala, (Punjab) on 14 NOV.2009.Yesterday when I checked my status on internet, it shows that proof of ID and proof of Address is not valid. I have submitted copy of my Canadian Passport and OCI card.If paper work was not complete they should have not accepted my application. It look like these people are not trained
in NRI PAN applications, even my E-mail address was fed into their computer in capital letters instead of
correct e-mail address was written in the application form.Every one knows that change of one word in e-mail address will not work.
If we change address, Canadian passport allow us to amend address as required. Not only that
evan Govt. of India allowes OCI card holder to change our address on internet, which genrate computer
slip with Ref. number on it, that can be kept with OCI card as a proof for change of address.
I am not complaining but suggesting that staff at PAN Application accepting center should be trained in NRI application.My acknowledgement No. is [protected]. However I am contacting TIN FC center and ready to send any paper again, if they need. Thanks. Ranjit

I was applied for PAN card in office of the ITO Ward 40(I) Income Tax Office Mayur Bhawan New delhi in Mar 2002, and new PAN Number was issued to me on my application form ie AAPPY-6710-Q was allotted to me on 18 Mar 2002 . At that time I was posted in Delhi, my Resisdential Address was given on application form - Brijnath Singh Yadav, New APS Colony, P 17/2 Delhi Cantt-110010. My lamination PAN card was under preparation but not yet to be received till date. Now i am posting in JABALPUR and my new office address is as under - Sub Brijnath Singh Yadav, 4 TTR, C-COY, 1 STC JABALPUR (MP) Pin - 482001 . Therefore I request to you Please issue me my lamination PAN card on my new office Address in JABALPUR.
