My name is Puskar Shrestha and I've applied for PAN Card at Pan service centre, Saharanpur (Pan service center code No 4UPB276), but till date I've not recieved my PAN card. I 've made numerous calls to the PAN office, but their number always remains busy. My application form 49A bearing application ser No is[protected] and processing fee coupon number is[protected]. (My date of birth is 29 feb 1979) If you could kindly look into this matter and help me in getting my PAN card, I'd be ever grateful to you.

On enquiry the card was sent from that office. The Mobile No. was wrongly entered as [protected] in the cover despatched, instead of [protected]. The courier service retransmit the Pan Card due to the non-availability of the customer due to the faulty Mobile No.
