Sir, I had applied for a pancard on 11.05.2010.When I enquired about my application status Iam informed that the card had been despatched to me on 27.05.2010 by post and the card number is BEEPM2815J but tilldate I have not received.
I would like to have the Pan card as soon as possible, as I need to submit Pan card details in office.

Hi,

I am very frustrated with the service provided by UTI and Dartmail courier.Both are blaming on each other. Now Dartmail telling that door was lock and we have resent your pan card to UTISIL on dated 20/7/10 which did not came to UTI office till date as confirmed by one of your office on phone no. 25853115.

Dartmail is not providing the return number and your officer is telling for waiting till 2nd August.I did not know how much courier take time to reach from NOida to Rajendra Palace.

I think if my door was lock then dartmail have to call me on my mentioned number [protected] which was mentioned at the time of Pan card applying.They were talking very rudely on phone when I was quering on phone number[protected] & [protected].

Now point is how can I fill my income tax before 31st july.You can see my mail series which was followed from initially.

Can you send me the escalation matrix so that I can followup with the.
