[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

Dear Sir,

Myself SHASHI KANT KUAMR working in DHFL mumbai.I have applied for PAN card in march 2008, My PAN Number has also generated and it is showing your
PAN No : AZWPK4212H
Depatched Date : 29 March 2008

But still i have not received that card.So what should i do.So finally after a long frustration again i applied for Duplicate for the same card.

I got my PAN no on NSDL website. My PAN no is BBIPK2169L. bUT I could not received my PAN card. On NSDL website I am informed that the card had been despatched to me. But I have not been received. please send status on my e mail. please do it needful.

i filled up pan card form dated on 06/09/2008 from agra uti sanjay place.my form no.is[protected].after one month no any information send me why.sokindly issue immediately my pan card otherwise we will not celebrate diwali because pay is not issue.
