[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

my name is mukesh sawale given an appication for pan can to the agent in my company only.it is more than 15 days now but still i have not recieved my PAN card.I don's have any acknowgment for same with me how i will tress the status of my account.

Sir, I had applied for a pancard. When I enquired about my application status Iam informed that the card had been despatched to me on[protected] by post and the card number is ARFPB5917K but tilldate I have not received.

I have obtained PAN Card no. BDTPK9851J Which is despatched at my communication address on 1 oct, 2008. but till now I did not received the PAN Card. Please look in to the matter and arrange to confirm me status of the card delivery.
