[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

My name is pramodkumar k p. I have applied for pan card on 16th Oct 2008. My pan card application no: is AYTPP1205B& Acknowledgment no: is [protected] yet to get.My contact no: is [protected]
On NSDL website, the status is showing as in Null.
kindly I request to you please issue me Pan card as soon as possible

My self vinay kumar yadav, my PAN no.is ACEPY4182F i recieved my pan card but my Father name has been changed (RAMJEE LAL YADAV) instead of BANKE LAL YADAV which is already mention on my given documents kindly cross check in my documents and provid to me corrected pan card. My name is SANVARMAL and I've applied for PAN Card and got my PAN number on 19 OCT 2007, but till date I've not recieved my PAN card. I 've made numerous calls to the PAN office, but their number always remains busy. My coupon no. is [protected] and my PAN no. is BOVPS8395N I've sent numerous mails to their e-mail address, but all I've got is a poor service and recieved no response from them. If you could kindly look into this matter and help me in getting my PAN card, I'd be ever grateful to you.

sir, i had given pan application 20 day ago but as yet i did'n get pan card & pan card number on internet as well.it is showing that it is under IT dept.pls let me know the pancard detail as early as possible as. hare krishna

I have informed through SMS PAN No. BEAPK7557R of ASHA KUMARI against acknowledgement No. [protected] dated 17.10.2008 but the copy of PAN in physical not received sofar.

Plz inform the status of my PAN Card and when I will get the same
There is no change in my address plz provide the following:
1-name of courier services alongwith Ph.No.
2- date of despatch
3-POD No.

so that I can followup URGENT
