[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

whts is ths ur service is too slow. i m not satisfy wth ur service. i have applyied my pan card for 3 months.it so to much late. i didnt receive my pan card. my pan card no is AOJPB7089R

Respected Sir,
I had applied for a PAN CARD in the month of August 2008. I have received my PAN NO ANCPA8674K. But unfortunately i have not received the pan card yet neither am I knowing the status regarding where my Pan Card is. My permanent address is located at Attur near Salem Dt, TamilNadu. So kindly pls locate my pan card and let me know.

i applied for pan card at 08.10.08. but till 24.10.08 i didn't received my pan card . i have very emergency for pan number
pls forwered it to me as soon as possible...
