[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

I had applied for new pan card in my name i.e. SUBHASH CHAUDHARY (PAN NO. AKDPC0972A) under correction in date of birth, application form was deposited on 11.09.2008 no.[protected] but I have not received my new pan card till date

I had applied for pan card, but did not receive it, when i checked online, it shows its in mumbai.I do have the pan card number.I would request to deliver the pancard to the following address:
#28, 1st cross, 1st floor, akkayamma layout,
kullappa circle, kammanhalli main road,
bangalore-560033.

DEAR SIR/ MADAM

My self DEEPAK BHALLA have applied for pan card received allotted pan Card no AOAPB0890F, I find error in my date of birth printed on pan card.
The date of birth printed on PAN card is 21/01/1984 instead of 08/10/1984, I request your high office take necessary steps and inform me what to do for correction procedure.

my father's(kalyanbhai jasmatbhai vachhani) pan card is not deleveres yet after 8 month.

his pan no is AGPPV6686G.

I have applied for Pan card on 5.11.07 my acknowledge number is [protected]. But till date I Have not Recd My PAN card. I have already send all supporting Documents by Courier but further i am sending the same today. Kindly send my PAN card as soon as possible.
