[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

Dear Sir,
I have repeatedly requested with written letter dated -11 .05. 2007 in your NSDL PAN card service centre Mumbai.
I have not yet received the PAN card applied in date-04. 01. 2007. Acknowledgement no.-[protected] and PAN card no.- AFEPN9913L down loaded from internet but not received PAN card till date.
Please send the PAN card in following address, i am respecting your reply urgently.

Poorna Nand Pandey Ro 18-b, Sai Dham Najafgarh Road New Delhi-110043, Had Applied For my PAN card vide Application No:[protected], Coupon No:[protected] to you in the month of May 2007, after a long gap of two months when I had contacted to your office, I had been informed that the same had been dispatched to me on 13.06.2007 which I had not received yet today. It has been enquired from my area post office and post man he said that he had not received any such document so far.
Therefore, I am requesting you please look into the matter and do the needful so I can get my PAN Card which I had applied for, Thanking you in anticipation,

I submitted my pan card on 4th November 2008 but still i failed to get any status of my pan card on net.

I had applied for PAN on 26.9.2008 & was given an acknowledgement no:[protected] & my application no: was[protected]. I have not received my PAN card yet

Hi,

I had applied for PAN CARD and My PAN number that has been issued is : BDAPK9781L
But since last four month still it is under process, I haven't received my PAN CARD.
Please do the needful, Hopping for Favourable reply.
