[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

I m nasir husssain, dob:[protected], i ve applied for my pan card about a month ago. but in return i ve got nothing not even a single mail. i ve idea if my pan card is through. or not. i m facing huge problem with pan number. please help. i am in dilema if i have to apply for a new pan card or not because i checked online but its not there when i checked online. now i m no way through. please help i m in great trouble. i havent got my salary of last month from my office as i ve'nt got my pan number.i want the respective department to let me know about my pan card. i ve no refrence number no, nothing.

This is with ref to my PAN APPLICATION dt. 6.11.08, I have applied for PAN Number & Submit the form . I have received an acknowledgement No.[protected] with Processing Fee Coupon Number[protected]. But I am not able to check the status of my PAN on your website, rather its showing "no matching found". Kindly confirm when can I expect my PAN CARD as already more than 15 days passed.

Sir, I had applied for a pancard on[protected].When I enquired about my application status Iam informed that the card had been despatched to me on[protected] by post and the card number is AKNPJ4485F but tilldate I have not received
