[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

my correct name is vivek premaji nimje.
but it printed on my pan card is vivek premji nimje.
i submitted al doc. so plz kindly corrected this problem .

Still i have not recieved pancard. When i checked in the
website it shows that the dispatch date is 8/10/2008 and
disptach details is ucp.
Please let me know what happened to my pancard

I had submitted my PAN application form in the month of November in 2007.After that I got my PAN number from the website but till now I did not get my PAN Card.
So please suggest me what should I do to get my PAN card.
I hope you will take appropiate step to deliver my PAN card.

I Applied for Pan Card on 16th Nov, 2008.
And till now i didn't get my pan card.
As it is really very necessary urgent for me to get my pan card as earliest as possible.
Please provide me the status of my pan card.
If it is despacted then please send me the name and number of Speed post so that i can make query.

I have applied for pancard on 25.11.08 and my acknolwdgemant no is [protected]. I was told that within ten days I will get my pan number on internet . I want to know wether it is true or not. and if it is true, Pls tell me the name the site.

i applied for new pan card, after 5 days i recevied one msg that
pan card no is cbrps4443p
ack no is [protected] when i checked in the tin.nsdl .com it is showing that Your PAN card has been dispatched on 13-Nov-2008 by post at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. till iam not recevied any pard so please help me

My name is Bikul Chandra Chutia. I have got my PAN card on 10/09/2008. The problem is that there is mistake in my father name it suppose to be Basanta Kumar Chutia but it printed as Pasanta Kumar Chutia. Please do the needful Thanks
