dear sir, i am having problem of not recieving PAN card too

As my pan card was despatched already but not recieved still.

Personaly i walked in to UTI office there they are telling it was delevired to regional post office, But in the post office they said there is no pan card from UTI office to my adress kindly revert back to my Query I need my PAN CARD ASAP...
