[Resolved] Panasonic — Bad Product & Service | |||
We bought a Panasonic Microwave less than a year back. About 10 days ago, it conked off and stopped heating anything. In spite of complaining and following up, the service guy only turned up 8 days after the first complaint. Now he says that the mechatronix of the microwave is spoilt - in less than one year!!!! Also, he claims that he cannot replace the part even though the machine is in warranty till we give him the bill. Where do I find a one year old bill? They can easily figure out if the machine is in warranty by checking the serial number. Was this information helpful? | |||
