I brought a panasonic cordless from Reliance digital in shipra mall, Indirapuram. At the time of selling the cordless the sales guy told me that the phone has around 8hrs of battery backup and it would work for upto that time.
After purchasing, I found that the cordless didn't work when there in no power connected to the base of the cordless phone. Also the phone disconnects in between the call if the power goes away. The sales guy didn't told me about this feature at the time of selling and when I went to shop to return/exchange the set, they denied by saying that it is feature of the set.
This is really cheating not disclosing the drawback of the item at the time of selling and also not returning the set after the purchase. These Reliance Digital guys are selling products by saying only good things and not about the drawbacks and later not refunding/exchanging the products. Its really sucks!!!
