[Resolved]  Panasonic — Microwave spoilt twice in two years

Panasonic India - I am absolutely appalled at your shameless behaviour. This is the exact message you sent to me ten days back on Facebook when i complained and then on mail when i mailed you my details. At least take the trouble to check if it is the same consumer that you have told these ridiculous meaningless lines and not taken action before doing the same again. Do you even plan to take any action or should I take you to consumer court?

You will notice that I had made a complaint regarding the same microwave a year back. How can a product be of such poor quality! Panasonic India just don't care about their customers. They used to have world class products and therefore a loyal customer base but it won't be long before their products stop selling completely thanks to their severe drop in quality and their pathetic customer service. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE A PANASONIC PRODUCT!

Panasonic India, are you planning to resolve this?

replacement of washing machine

I am suffering from service provided by company.since from last month my machine is not working I have complaint to Service centre. They Taken machine and could not slove problem since last month.machine is in their coustdy.
