Sir, My two daughter file number is hyd-c003352 applied on [protected] first the online status showed dispatched ,then under process , from last one month the status is showing due to unavoidable circumstances the passport has been delayed and will be dispatched in weeks time so please give us the proper information when will be the passport going to be dispatched as their visa ready kindly request the concern authority to take action and do me favour thanking you with best regards Rashid Hussain Was this information helpful? | |||

i had submitted my passport form on 3 March, 2009. the police verification was done on 9 April, 2009. Till now, i have not recieved any information regarding my passport. The status of my passport reads police report not submitted.
I had submitted my passport form at speed post office, Vijayawada.My reg no is HYD W640093. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest as i need to submit the PASSPORT as a part of enclosures at the time of joining for my job in TCS.

Dear Sir,
i have applied for my passport (6 month) on dec 3rd 2008 in Jaipur and police enquiry has been done in the last week of jan 2009. However I have not yet received my passport. From the last two month, more precisely from the month of April'09, on the passport enquiry site it has been showing that "Due to unavoidable reasons your passport will be dispatched within a week's time". I am unable to understand why there is so much delay in delievering the passport after all the requirement have been complied with. Why there is such delay in dispatching the passport? Although I have complied with all the requirements with the passport there is no sign of getting my passport at earliest. This is causing me a lot of mental disturbance.Could you please enquire on the same and do the needful. below are the application details:

I applied for my passport on 25th May 2009.My File No is A038220.My police verification was ok and so the online status showed that my passport has been dispatched on 18/08/2009.
But later when I didn’t received it after 15 days I again went to Kolkata Passport office to check the status they said that your passport has come back due to wrong mailing address given.
The officer in charge told me to write an application to rectify the mistake that the Regional Passport Office had done.
I submitted my application stated that the passport to be sent in my correct address on 8/09/09 they told me to come after one week. When I went again on 16/09/09 they gave me a token also but after about 3hrs I came to know that they have not received any message from Delhi about my Passport. They said there is some other system which will implement from Delhi for which it will be delayed for 15- 20 days. I am very confused that what actually has happened with my passport .
I would kindly request you to look into the matter as soon as possible. Waiting for Ur Reply

EnQuiry have been done, , , , the problem is the police who had come didnt enter my report in ur registry, , so wht should i do ... more over now i am at MUMBAI for a job purpose, , , wht is procedure to appily again from here or moving the file from HYDERABAD to mumbai...
