I TRIED TO REMIND PASSPORT AUTHORITIES THROUGH EMAIL
MAIL RETURNED WITH REASON OVERLOADED
I BADLY NEEDED PASSPORT TO TRAVEL TO SINGAPORE SINCE MY DAUGHTER UNDERWENT OPENHEART SURGERY AT NATIONAL HEART HOSPITAL. SHE NEEDS MY PRESENCE AT THIS MOMENT TO TAKE CARE OF HER.
TO APPLY PASSPORT IN TATKAL I DONOT HAVE ANY CONTACT WITH
HIGHER OFFICER TO SIGN THE VERIFICATION CERTIFICATE SINCE I AM
A MIDDLE CLASS HOUSE WIFE
IN THIS SITUATION I REQUEST YOU INTERVENTION TO DO THE NEEDFUL

I applied for reissue of Passport on 11th Nov. 2009. and Police verification was also done immediately. The status is showing 'Police verification received and is line for further processing' for the last 40 days. I do not understand why PP office should take so long for reissue of passport after receving police verification and all correct documentation. If there is any defect in the application they should immediately let us know to take appropriate action.
It is strange that a high profile department like Passport Office is so insensitive to apllicants. Such long delay and total absence of communication makes us wonder if the PP office is working or closed. Unlike other govt, offices PP office has closed doors to public for meeting the officials and find out facts.
Hope this complaint reaches right person in the department.

I had applied for the Fresh Passport on 06.03.2010 vide BANGALORE ONE center and my application no: B20032710 and the necessary Police Enquiry had been completed on 11.3.2010 but till date no process is seen in the STATUS whereas it shows as " Under Police Verification and DOC not received" which is contridicting when physically checked with K.R.PURAM Police Station.

I have applied for Passport on 09/05/2012 and my police verification has done on 07/06/2012 from police Station, but 'Clear' police verification report has not been sent to the regional passport office. Due to that it is getting late to get processed of passport. My passport application details are as:-
