[Resolved]  Passport Office — delay in passport

I have submitted the passport application form on 25-2-11 in Bhopal .my police verification report has been sent to the S.P office, Bhopal on 3-4-11. my current status on 12-5-11 is showing that "police verification report has not been received". when i enquired in the S.P office on 12-5-11, they told me that they have sent the report to the passport office on 3-5-11. i don't know what is the problem behind the delay my passport.No one pays the attention at the office when asked about the same.Please help me to come out of this situation.
