Passport Office Bhopal — Status change

Dear Sir,
I am Ravikant Gupta. My file Refernce no is z225129 and date of birth 19/08/1979.I have applied a long time back .Status is showing that i have to send attested documents but i Have sent them documents in to passport office Bhopal after taking all the enquiry from police station gwalior but still there is no status change in the Passport Status .Please do the needful

i have aaplied for passport on 14/3/09 i m belonging from mhow (m.p) district indore my file no. is z/287448/09 the problem is that when i check my status on internet there was a mistake on my name spelling my correct name spelling is furquan qureshi but there it was incorrect there it show"s my spelling is furqvan qureshi my police enquiry is already finished soo please do correction in my spelling before the process go ahead b.coz still i did not get my passport i dont want incorrect name spelling on my passport...??? thanking you
