Dear Sir, Application Date :04/20/2010 FILE NO.BPL A011854 grievance dated 26/10/10, 30/110/10 and 1/112010 Status :Police Report is clear and the passport is expected to be dispatched by[protected]. Subject to all documents being in order. Grievance: I have applied for passport in the month of March 2010. The state report is showing from the last two months that it will be dispatched by 18/09/2010. But it is not delivered to me till now. I request you to please arrange to send at the earliest to enable me to apply for visa for studies at Canada. I have submitted applications for my family members for New Passport at Distt. Passport Collection Office Gurdaspur on[protected]. with file Nos.
a) ASRZ48229608
b) ASRZ48229708
c) ASRZ48229808
your website is showing status as" Information not available" as on today.
I am in urgent need of Passports.
I have no trace of files as on date.
since then i made to run number of times from gurdaspur to PP office Amritsar, but files asyet not traceable.
pls do needful .

Respected sir,I applied for passport on[protected] vide file no. z 328023
After all the procedures/police verification report which have been submitted by the suvida center DC office Amritsar vide challan no. 558 dated[protected] [sr. no. 244]i am still waiting for my passport for the last three months.i therefore request you to send my passport as early as possible .hoping for the best cooperation from your side my home adress... A-326. New Amritsar, G.T.Road, Amritsar.
