[Resolved]  Passport Office — Submitted Passport Form 1 year back Enquiry done at my present and Permanent Address But still not received the passport

I have submitted my passport application on Sep-26-2007 at Begumpet Post Office, Enquiry done at my present and permanent address. One enquiry is pending at my previous address at Bangalore. Sec Bad Passport authorities are telling my file has been sent to Bangalore for Police verification. I am waiting from 5 months to complete police verification in bangalore. Bangalore passport office and bangalore commissioner office people are telling they have not received file still now. And Sec Bad Passport people are telling we have sent. God knows where my file went. Please some one help to get my passport as soon as possible, my company people need my passport urgently. Following are my passport details:
