[Resolved]  Passport Office — passport not received

Dear Sir/Madam,
25 days before i was checking my passport status that times status report was showing that, your police report is clear and report in order, passport will despatch before 28th August 2009, but today its showing information wrong or information not found. so, may i know what is the problem?

have written a application about my mistake.Passport Officer has granted my request and told you

I have submitted the passport application of my son Murtuza Ali Siddiqui on 22 Jan 2010, file No is C001512 and key No is[protected].

Till now I have not recieved the passport and no one has come for the enquiry. The status online from 1 month says it will be dispatched in a weeks time.
