I have applied for my passport 31th December 2010 to Passport Office, Bhubaneswar and police enquiry has been done on 30th May 2011 via letter number 3506 from my local Police Station . When i applied for renewal of the passport, inspite of submitting all the necessary documents (10th certificate) an Emmigration check was levied on my passport.
