Dear Sir/Madam, Apologies for spaming your Mailbox, but this is very urgent. I wanted to bring in your knowledge that I have applied for Fresh passport in Tatkal Quota, as I need to visit my sister living in US who is undergoing Cancer treatement, She is in need of Moral support of someone from family. I have applied the Passport on 30-July-13 and was supposed to get passport within 7 days. but still the Passport status is "Passport application is under review at Regional Passport Office." I am very much woried that from last seven days status is same, what does this means? This is reason to delaying my travel. My passport application status with file no F00218010, has been indicating that it will be dispatched by 12/04/2010. Now this status is removed from the website and status only indicates "Your file has been cleared for issue of a passport and is in line for allotment of a passport number". I am not sure why this status change. No idea now about expected dispatch date. Any info in this regards will be really helpful.

Dear SirI had applied my mother passport on March 29, 2010 at Passport office Lucknow under TATKAAL of 7 days as officer in charge has refused to have TATKAAL of 14 days.
A police inquiry and the L.I.U. inquiry is conducted, and every thing is clear, but as its MAY 18 2010 and I could not get my mother passport till now,
I have also checked Online Status and it is keep showing blank.
Kindly help me in getting passport as I really need it in urgent

I have applied for my daughters passport in tatkal scheme on[protected] and the passport authorities said that it will be delivered within one week of time but till date no passport of my daughter was been delivered and i need to move from india before this 5 MARCH 2011. Before that i have to apply for my daughter's visa also. But without passport i can't do anything. And whenever i am trying to reach the passport office enquiry they are not answering at all. When they are unable to answer the public's calls why they are keeping those nos.?I ned immediate answer from the authorities.

Hi,I have applied for Passport in June 2010 , Now in April 2011 it was expected to be dispatch, but again the status is "It is to regret that due to some unavoidable circumtances passport was delayed & will be dispatch in weeks time" & after that no update in status.Please let me know when can I get my Passport.They have already charged me for Rs 5000 , As I was working in Noida & din't mention the same in Application form as I fill the complete form with my home town detail Meerut.

hi,Though i dont know lodging this complain will help me or not but still hoping that complain reaches the right ears i am raising my voice. myself, applied for passport in jan. 2012, file ref. no. BLY A000201, but the online status is :- It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time.
NOTE that before 2 FEb 2012 it was showing on line status - your passport will be dispatch on 2nd feb 2012 .
but now status has changed after 2nd feb2012 ...
so pls help me regarding the same...

Kindly be initiative on this matter and do the needful.
