Passport Office Hyderabad — Passport was ready .. But not getting dispatched

Dear Sir,

I have applied for my daughters passport (File no:HYDC00785) on 11-January -2011 through TATKAL at PO Hyderabad. As per the FAQs mentioned in the site, and also the date was given is one week i.e. on[protected]

The status on the online was showing Passport was ready on[protected]. But till now I have not received it.

Also i am not receiving any response for the SMS sent for the status. And phone nos are not updated on the site for inquiry.

Kindly let me know when i could receive my daughters passport? And provide me the details, why this status was kept as Ready without dispatching.

Dear Sir,

I have applied for Re-Issue of passport(File no:HYDF[protected] on 12-October-2010 through TATKAL at PO Hyderabad. As per the FAQs mentioned in the site, Re-issue of passport through TATKAL will be delivered within 3 working days.

However, in my case, i have applied on 12-Oct-2010. And the status is showing passport was ready on 19-Oct-2010.

Also i am not receiving any response for the SMS sent for the status. And phone nos are not updated on the site for inquiry.

Kindly let me know when i could receive my passport? And provide me the details, why this status was kept as Ready without dispatching.

Dear Vijayabhaskar:

I too face the same problem with my daughter's passport. The status says "the passport was ready on[protected]". Finally when did you get the passport or did you have to go to the passport office?
