Passport Office Lucknow — Passport not issued even after 18 months!!

i submitted my application forn my passport in LUCKNOW office on[protected] under TATKAL scheme but i have yet not received my passport.

i have submitted my passport form in Lucknow office, on[protected], under TATKAL SCHEME BUT I have yet not received my passport.and i did not cross under police verifecation. pl's give the reason why.? i will have to go singapore next month, for education training . witout it my training would be incomlete and i will not get my job.

I am Prachi Srivastava from Lucknow. I submitted my passport form on 30th september in passport office lucknow. I havn't received any furthur equiry regarding my passport. I submitted my form in lucknow, but in the receipt given to me its showing District - Lalitpur. This confusion may lead to the delay of my passport.
