Dear Sir/Madam, I submitted my passport application form on 1 Dec 2008 ( Reference File No: PAT G007393/08). I am working in Infosys and missed 3 opportunities because of it. I am triloki nath tiwari we have applied passport on date 14/09/2012
(my Reference file No.pa[protected] and my police verification on date 13/10/2012(west champaran bihar louriya police stetion) but i was disagree to pay that bribe as a result till date now i have not received passport so i request you to consider on my application to get through my passport as early as possible.
