I had applied for a Fresh Passport dated[protected] at passport office Patna and my File No. is PATA00186612, My Police verification has done on in 20th January 2012 but whenever I search on website or Passport Office then feedback is "Police Verification report has not been received". When we want to get information through internet "passport.nic.in regarding passport status, the information regarding status comes blank. please suggest your valuable advise for undue delay in this regard.

I myself Prashant kumar applied for a passport,dated on[protected] bearing File Ref. No.-W[protected]. In regarding this i had submitted the following documents which are, (given, police verification completed)

1. Residential Certificate issued by S.D.O Muzaffarpur ---for Add. proof
2. Pan card along with letter that already contain residence add.
3. Learning driving license
4. Matriculation certificate ----for Age Proof
5. 10+2 Certificate
After furnishing all the regarding information, there still needed the furnish the required information within 15 days. When is checked my application status.

It seems to me that my passport is not going to be issued intime before September, 2011 provided that the situation doesn't improve then I have an annual loss of 3.55 lacs rupees as aresult of loosing my job for want of a passport which is being delayed by SP, SITAMARHI BIHAR & REGIONAL PASSPORT OFFICE, PATNA and a sum of rupees 3.55 lacs per year should be paid to me as compensation by the concerning Officer responsible for delaying.

Sir,
It has been already informed that I have applied for a fresh
passport in the Patna Regional Passport Office on[protected] though
about three months have passed still police report has not been
submitted because Sitamarhi SP seems to be too loose to dispose of the
requisite public demands in time since he has not scheduled his
subordinates in order to streamline their
duties. On pursuing my document it has now evidently become crystal
clear that almost all the time my file was kept in pending in his
office which is evidenced by the fact that a very few days ago the
file was handed over to Dumra Police station that was given only three
days for disposal by him whereby the PS in-charge submitted the report
within the permitted time limit but SP's Office couldn't routinize the
different documents for sending them to concerning subordinate offices
even after three months and now it has been delayed for the well-known
reason which needs not to be explained.
Provided my passport is not issued before my joining I will
undergo a loss of 3.55 lacs per annum for which SP's role is
indubitably responsible.

not reached our office whereby it is crystal clear that there has been an acute negligence of duty which requires
an immediate action for a probe as per Govt. rules and regulations for fixing responsibility punish those who are

i have renewed my pasport in 2009 and i received my renewed passport no.H5759398
my file no B003821/2009 but after two yrs i got a letter from passport office that due to adverse report by police surrender your passport and i have done the same on 09th may 2011 on app.no.B00382109 for re police verification but after one month i could get status of my application. i have visited SP office as well as local police station they have not received any enquiry from passport office pls help me out and let me know the present status of my application.

I submitted a fresh online passport form in Passport office patna,bihar. My passport file reference no. is PAT-A[protected] in 07 april 2011. Since then it is almost two month from submission of my passport form, there is no progress in processing of my passport form. The same thing shown on online status check that "police verification is not received", since i consulted with the concerned police of my area and he said that ,he did not receive the passport form from concerned passport office. As I am placed in a multinational company and passport is very necessary , so i need it as soon as possible, please do anything for it.

we are running an ngo "Pawansut Servangin Vikas Kendra", under ngo we run some school in bihar. our one school "Gandhi Memorial Public School" at Akorhi gola Rohtash, Bihar. few year ago new our school one village was completely burnt due to that some children became orphan. we found some orphan child specially Girl and we arranged lodging and fooding facility to them in our school. a frans team came in our school and write biography of our orphan student bharti and frans team offer bharti to came in frans on 26.04.2011. the team was also meet local government officer and news was telecast in local news paper and news channel. the local officer assured us to make passport in two days and local DIG given proper verification form when i meet patna passport officer for issuing passport of Bharti and our Director Education Dr. Meena Gupta local officer rejected DIG letter and told me i will not issue your passport you can go and meet to CM or PM. without passport my student could not attend her conference. due to that a major opportunity will missed. please snuggest. how we send our orphan student to frans
