Passport Office — Passport Not issued after 5 months

Hi,

Below are my deatils applied for passport

Name-Divya Sathish
Application date-25/04/2011
Place-Tambaram Head Post office
Course-Normal
File No-MASW23043111

Applied passport on 25/04/2011, Waited for 3 months as prescribed for the normal passport, nothing happened, Enquired at the counter and was asked to submit PP form did it, and police verification was done on 16/08/2011, Enquired and mailed several times with the passport office, Filed RTI and nothing happened.

No communication from them regarding the passport status.

I do not understand why this happens?? And now due to change over, they do not update the status in the old website!!

Can anyone guide me as to what should be done??
