sir,i have recharged a mts mobile no[protected] for rs.251 through paytm online mts mobile recharge..but the no.is not recharged and amount has been debited from the account..sir my id is vasudha.[protected]@gmail.com..and mobile no.[protected]..sir kindly look into issue and guide me to get the money back...
