[Resolved] Paytm / Uninor Mobile — online recharge of mobile phone | |||
dear sir, i had applied to recharge our mobile no. [protected] (uninor) with rs.100- (one hundred only) on dated 25.07.2011 through on-line net banking services provided by paytm.com my bank account has been debited with the same amount shown as Trsf. INB Times of Money Limited Ref. No. [protected]IG59773503 trsf. to [protected] SB WO but neighter our mobile has been recharged with any amount nor money has been refunded in my bank account so far. i have also complaint at [protected]@paytm.com which is provide by paytm services but no response received from their end. kindly do take needful step in favour of me. thanks.
